- When a delegate wishes to make a tour related enquiry or booking they simply click on the link provided and proceed through to your very own Virtual Tour Desk

Choose your Touring Options
- DCM provide you with an extensive range of touring options for you to choose from for your upcoming event.
- You tell us which touring options are desired to compliment your event.
- We agree on a commission rate that DCM will pay your organisation for all tours booked through our online Virtual Tour Desk facility.
- Delegates select their chosen tour and proceed to your online booking page
- DCM facilitate all delegate payments in our secure online payment portal.
- All bookings through your Virtual Tour Desk are tracked by our Agent Summary Report which is available to you 24/7
- After the tour/activity has taken place, DCM remit the agreed commission payment to you in a single transaction, reconciled against your agent summary report.
